"The view is outstanding and the area is beautiful. The walk into Grindelwald is 20 minutes but we were prepared for that. It was quiet but still very close to the train station. The staff were friendly. The rooms in Eiger Chic seem new or recently renovated but you do need to be careful the shower does not flood bathroom floor."

"Very clean and the main building was so nice!! Very Swiss cabin chalet vibes. The balcony view was amazing. Very mountainous. Just be wary that if you walk from the train station, it’s a literal hike and would be extremely difficult with suitcases. Luckily I only had a backpack when I walked up."

"my wife and her 2 sisters and i had 3 very enjoyable days at this hotel. the staff was very friendly and helpful. bus 123 is a direct route into Grindelwald. great breakfast include. reasonably priced wines and dinners. highly recommend"

"Great staff! Breakfast was ok, some things not super fresh. The room, regardless of “air conditioning” was very warm in mid September and made it hard to sleep. Wonderful spa! Perfect location."
