Excellent location! Many cafes/restaurants/convenience stores within walking distance. The area is very cute. Staff were very friendly and made us a traditional korean breakfast for our departure morning. This was easily our favorite place to stay during our 2 week trip to Korea.

I had such a restful stay and the accommodation was absolutely beautiful— perfect for being immersed in the traditional Hanok atmosphere. The owner was highly responsive and helpful. It was raining and I was able to locate the accommodation and drop off my belongings/check-in earlier than 3 PM without issue. The property itself was peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. Upon booking I was warned about cats, but they added onto the experience. Location was perfect for exploring Hwangnidan-gil and...

We had an amazing stay here. Our hosts were welcoming, friendly and super helpful- even booking taxis for our early morning train trips for us. The Hanok was deliciously warm in the very wintry minus 12 degrees celsius and we were provided food to prepare breakfast each morning including the most fabulous fresh strawberries. Highly recommend a stay here.

Overall everything was perfect for me to enjoy Gyeongju trip. The host was kind, personable and quick to respond to our request. We loved the Korean traditional structure of the house and all the details the host put much attention and thoughts. Our room was Munmu which is a Korean traditional style room with futon on the floor. Since it was chilly we turned the heater on to make the floor warm and the warm floor felt so nice. The room, bathroom were spotless clean and a kind of private balcony...

So cute! Had a lovely time and breakfast was great.

The hotel is lovely with such a kind and caring staff and special attention to detail. The cafe is also beautiful and the setting is very special!

It is only three minutes' walk from Gyeongju's most popular place, "Hwangridan-gil," and has provided me with the experience of Korean-style accommodation. The owner was very kind. It was a unique and fun experience for me.

The rooms have Ondol, the Korean traditional heated floor. It was perfact for our cold rainy night. This place is newly remodeled and the owner herself decorated each rooms which look cozy, simple, and feminine. Me and my 4 friends stayed all together instead of 2 separate rooms, and she gave us all separate beddings which was perfact for us. It is at the walking distance to Bulguksa temple and restaurants and cafes are everywhere. We loved the owners hospitality.

all great

Fantastic traditional hotel stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Made breakfast every morning for everyone - hot sandwiches, coffee, tea, cut fruit, salad. Very nice place to stay and spotlessly clean. Buildings are traditional Korean and were beautiful. Very nice play to stay near the sights.

My family's stay at this place was beyond excellent. When we got there, we can immediately tell the property was well taken care of and seemed managed with "love". Yes, I typed, Love. Landscaping around the yard and patio, little flowers, cute mailbox, a swing, etc. were meticulously done with care and gives really welcoming feeling. Frankly, when I saw the photos posted on the website, I wasn't sure what to expect as the decorations were very colorful. But when we got to there, the...

The hotel's location was close to most of the sights and the bus station. Their manner of distributing water and amenities worked great, and reduced our need to request items. Front desk people were generally helpful despite the language barrier (only one spoke English). The breakfast was plentiful l

My advice before the review. Caution taking taxis as to make sure they know where this place is located as I had a bad cab experience and got overcharged because my taxi driver had no idea and could not find and I ended up talking the last 7 minutes to get there when it was clear he did not know. However, once I got to the property the owner was so nice and helpful to me. This is a cute place for a hanok stay and super quiet. Lovely serene appearance. Also, it is close to many restaurants and...
