“Lovely and clean Super friendly staff Can’t fault it Near everything”

“Very comfortable hotel with excellent beds. Rooms were tastefully decorated with all the accessories you would need. A non slip mat for the bath was appreciated. Staff were very helpful, polite and pleasant. The two restaurants on site were excellent one for casual dining (Pizza, pasta etc) and the Carriage works which was also excellent for an Al a Carte menu. There are also bars for a drink. The hotel has a Spa but did not use it. The hotel is ideally placed to visit Liverpool with bus...

“Great location, easy to walk to town centre, to visit shops, cafes and access public transport. View from room was great”

“Comfortable and spacious room, and rates seemed very reasonable. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant or gym (we were out and about too much), but we did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Good location for our needs and would be happy to stay again.”

“Straightforward check in, Very nice room with functional layout. I liked the room because it was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The TV is slightly ‘too’ smart and seems to feel the need to switch itself on in the middle of the night. This could do with sorting out.”
