"I found a pill, a pill wrapper and a rubber band on the floor when we arrived. Also, we always check for bed bugs and discovered that the mattress pad and the top sheet were not placed on the bed properly. We were able to fix these things. WE WERE SHOCKED THAT THERE WAS NO MICROWAVE I THE ROOM, BUT RELIEVED THAT WE COULD USE THE ONE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA TO WARM 'DOGGIE BAG' FOOD FROM A RESTAURANT."

"Everything was great, but getting to the room was like a maze. The signs need to be better. I also don’t like that you can’t get into the other doors after a certain time, even with the keycard. So we had to walk the entire maze hotel, even though there was a door directly below the room and we parked there thinking we could get in with the key. The shuttle to the airport was nice. The guy at the desk was also very nice and helpful."

"The breakfast was amazing! Accommodations were all as described. Warm pool and hot whirl pool! Nice gym as well! "

"The customer service was exceptional at best. Very friendly atmosphere. We forgot our disount card in the room for the 1844 Table Table & Mash and the manager assisted in ensuring we got discounted. Stella is jome away from home and i will always be back. Can you please being back the New Years Eve party?"
