“What a wonderful place! It’s clean, comfortable and very spacious, with beautiful architecture which reflects the best of the George Town heritage area. One of the very best homes I have stayed in on holiday, ever!”

“In addition to convenient location and beautiful traditional architecture, the staff of the hotel was very friendly, kind and helpful. Particularly, Tom gave us all the best of help when we suffered from some trouble. We had a great experience at the hotel thanks to the wonderful staff, despite an embarassed trouble losting an important item in Penang. ”

“Not in satisfactory level with the room size and the bathroom size . ”

“Please address as I paid 10 MYR tourism tax but Expedia states I should have paid 2.”
