“A proper and functioning heater was not working in the room.”

“Great location. Very cool old hotel.”

“Staff were nice and accommodating. The hotel is well maintained and clean.”

“Great as always”

“The staff was very pleasant and accommodating which was appreciated.”

“Very nice clean room and we enjoyed the restaurant for dinner the night before our flight”

“The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again...

“Very nice! Would stay here again.”

“Great stay, the only thing I would say is I was in the back corner by a stairwell and it was pretty noisy. I could also hear the people above me in the morning. The rooms are really big and spacious and beds are comfy! Hotel is in a perfect location in OTR. staff was great! They brought me a mini fridge when I asked. I would stay here again, but pick a room away from a door/stairwell!”

“Unfortunately a yappy dog kept us from sleeping. The staff did help by dealing with the situation but who lets their dog bark nonstop at 1:45 am???Then cleaning staff slammed doors starting at 800 am. I was surprised how they opened doors and let them slam knowing people may be trying to sleep. Literally just needed a place to sleep but no such luck.”
