โThe staff was beyond helpful. I really liked the cozy little room, the bed was comfortable, everything worked within the room, there was hot waterโฆ I really have nothing to complain about. It is close to everything but very quiet for the area. I would definitely stay here again.โ
โThe property is very nice! Itโs located a little off the beaten path so some roads are undeveloped, but it wouldnโt deter me from coming back in the future. Pasqual, the property manager, was welcoming and waited for us to check in at 9pm. Be prepared to hear animal noises at night but overall, it was a pleasant experience!โ

โA lovely modern little apartment in a good location for the town. Could use a couple of additions like a kettle and washing machine. Cleaner came every two days which was great. Swimming pool very small and that area doesnโt really get the sun so not ideal for sun bathing. Bit noisy outside during the day but quiet at night.โ
โThe area outside isnโt glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, itโs incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafeโs which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.โ

โWe enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If youโve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then youโve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. โ
