"Room was clean of trash but unfortunately had a smell from previous tenants smoking in , front desk took care of that a few minutes after we reported it though Staff was extremely friendly Pool , only used the quiet pool and it was very clean Kitchen was well supplied and clean."

"On the first day we arrive we had problems with the air-conditioning. There wasn’t enough flow on the bedrooms, but we called maintenance and they addressed the problem in less than an hour although the air conditioner still wasn’t properly functioning they brought in a stationary air-conditioning that suffice our situation, so overall the problem was solved, and the attention was very professional. They explained the situation and very courteous after that everything was very smooth. We enjoyed very much our stay in this location we will come back again thank you very much for the customer service and maintenance group. Sincerely, Giovanni"

"The staff were all very friendly. And the grounds and rooms are well kept. The rooms are stocked with everything you need. If I am being picky I found the floors to be a bit dirty and the bathroom could use some updating. The tub felt like it was moving when you stood in it. We were there this past week so summer, the pool was great as we had it almost to ourselves. I would worry if I was there in peak season that the pool would feel too small for the number of places. But overall the location was nice in the middle of Palm Springs and Palm Dessert so easy to get around!"
