โI loved the location; in the heart of the city. The apartment was lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. Parking was expensive but very convenient and safe. โ
โAll of the staff was exceptional! The night manager, Lane, was extremely helpful when our car broke down and we arrived 8 hrs behind schedule.
The free breakfast was great, but the addition of the free limited buffet from 5:30-7:00, with 3 cocktails per person was EXCEPTIONAL!
Our 1 play day there we walked to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame--we were there 4 hrs!! And we also toured the USS Cod Submarine.โ
โThe hotel itself was so lovely, nowhere to eat within walking distance really...not on a weekend anyway. So we just ate the the restaurant in the hotel and it was delicious!โ
โIt looks like a motel. The cleanliness is bad and the service is poor. It was very uncomfortable because there was so much dust everywhere. The Westin hotel is a bad experience.โ
โThis was my first time staying at the crown plaza. My stay was excellent. The location is great convenient walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were great. My trip was almost perfect until my car arrived at check out time from valet in which it had been damaged. The hotel did its part by taking care of my valet charges and the valet manager failed the necessary paperwork for insurance and investigation to find out what happened to my car. Other than this mishap my stay...
โWent to a concert at Rocket Mortgage arena. This hotel has a walkway directly to it and is only maybe a 5 minute walk. The valet parking was super convenient, a little pricey, but not terribly outrageous. Hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. โ
