“I have always loved staying at Hilton hotels and have never had a reason to complain until this experience. Unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. First, the check-in process was incredibly slow. There was only one person handling check-ins, and the wait was so long that we actually had to leave and come back later. When we finally returned to check in, the lady at the front desk asked what type of room we had reserved. I explained that we had booked a...

“Hotel was a good experience. Enjoyed the amenities. Great location to head out in different directions and walk. Easy to get to all the attractions from here. Highly recommend.”

“We absolutely loved staying at this property. The Harborside Hotel was everything we were looking for and we had a wonderful time. The Fish House restaurant was only a short walk from the hotel and there was also a lovely gift shop. It was easy to catch the Water Taxi over to downtown Charleston. Such a unique travel experience.”

“The Venue met all of my expectations above and beyond. When I arrived I was greeted with a glass of champagne by Caroline and Harvey. They were such a delight, by paying attention to every single detail to making our stay perfect. The rooms were spectacular! The hotel decor is amazing with beautiful art works where ever you look. Alison the hotel art director took us on a tour while explaining in detail about the various artists. I can not say enough about this upscale stunning boutique...

“Did not have breakfast at advertised time. We travel with children for sporting events, and really needed this specific amenity at the advertised time. It wasn’t just by a few minutes and we were told they had no idea if and when it would be available. I do not recommend staying here if you are in the area as a family.”

“Excellent property”

“Great location and very walkable … the staff was very friendly, accommodating and the room was clean and nicely furnished … we’ll definitely stay there again in the future!”

“Shops nearby”

“Design of hotel was beautiful”

“Great time. Thank you! Staff very helpful and nice hotel.”

“They’re outside areas, including the pool and the back deck area were absolutely beautifully done and very comfortable and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we were happy to see that they actually had housekeeping come to the room every day and replenish supplies and make the bed which sadly has become a rarity in hotels these days. They were great about an early check-in and holding our luggage as we had a later flight out. The only thing I think they need to improve is the menu...

“The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The view was a bit disappointing, but it was very convenient to have grocery stores and restaurants nearby.”
