"From the moment I stepped into the property, I was immediately captivated by the beauty and elegance of this resort. Even the best photos I’ve taken can’t quite capture the true essence of this relaxing place! The place is exceptionally clean; the housekeeper cleaned my room even twice a day without ever interrupting me while I was in the room—I have no idea how they manage that! Everyone, from the receptionist to all the other staff members, was smiling. The 8th-floor lounge was something I didn’t expect; there was practically something to eat and drink for free (included in the room) from 6 AM to 7 PM! I could have had healthy and unhealthy meals or snacks, whatever I liked! The pools with ocean right there, swim-up bar, 24 hour store on site in addition to multiple restaurants in the resort, even a simple walk around the 4-acre area filled with flowers, trees, and a waterfall, were safe and so relaxing at night! There was a water machine for free all over the resort. That was my first perfect experience in Hawaii. I wish I could go back there soon!"

"Very beautiful hotel that truly wants to provide their guests with a beautiful &relaxing stay. We were greeted with aloha each day by staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We were given an upgrade to a king suite which added to a wonderful 35th anniversary stay here. There were gorgeous orchids to pin in your hair or on your sun hat each day. I really enjoyed that, thank you Maui Coast. We put to use the refillable water bottles and the hospitality suite was such a nice amenity at no extra cost. It was great to have access to the pools that day, since we had an evening departure flight. Such a relaxing last day. I’ve never seen that offered in any places I’ve stayed. There were just so many pleasant things that I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else on the island. If we were to return to Maui again, this is where I would want to stay. Aloha lives here. "I recently stayed for one night, the stay was booked last minute due to the brush fire in Maui on Sept 26, 2026. The check-in process was quick and smooth, we were able to find our room easily with the map they provided. The room was clean and was sufficient for a night’s stay. The pillows were comfortable but the bed was the softest/most sunken that I’ve experienced at a hotel as an avid traveller. I felt the breakfast was very disappointing, everything was cold and there was no staff in the building. I dropped by and there was no cutlery but also no one in the kitchen to assist. I went back to my room and returned half an hour later with my spouse and there was still no staff around. Some other guests looked around the kitchen and were able to locate some utensils to share. The property is lovely but also feels abandoned or vacant in some ways. There was no one around, the lobby was silent, no people, no music."
