“Great location, nice staff!!!….absolutely TERRIBLE coffee (instant coffee) and so-so breakfast, the infrastructure is pretty poor, plumbing, Internet, etc. But again, the location is great, it’s just not a nice hotel”

“One od best”

“We were so happy with our one night stay at Ikala Quito. They organized a pick up for us at the airport and were very prompt with their communication in regard to organizing it for us.

“Clean room”

“I love to stay in this hotel with its wonderful view and kindest people. But the breakfast becomes worse than my previous stays. Need improvement.”

“The hotel is an impressive historic building in a good location and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. I would stay here again”
