“Ben memnun kaldım tavsiye ederimm”

“Customer service top”

“Room condition was horrible. Even there weren't shampoo and a door to the bath booth. Plus it was too old. At night I saw a cockroach. Too many guests but not enough staffes & towels. Some of staffes are not kind enough. I read reviews about bad food, but it was not too bad. But if I go to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will go to a different hotel.”

“Un peu vieux ce complexe il faut le réfléchir un peu sinon un petit aqua park pour un grand hotel et la nourriture été bonne et les piscines son au top”

“The rooms are not clean at all. The buffet is terrible.”
