โRoom condition was horrible. Even there weren't shampoo and a door to the bath booth. Plus it was too old. At night I saw a cockroach.
Too many guests but not enough staffes & towels.
Some of staffes are not kind enough.
I read reviews about bad food, but it was not too bad.
But if I go to Sharm El Sheikh again, I will go to a different hotel.โ
โAll the staff are very friendly and great with kids. Nothing is too much trouble. Around the pool area is sun loungers are limited the staff will go and get more and lay them out for you. My daughter loved the kids club and animation team work tirelessly. We loved it so much that we are going to rebook for next year. โ

food and dining option was great.. you donโt pay any money over your cost of stay.. Dinning was absolutely stunning and free with very fancy service . Expensive food option like Turkish and Brazilian food..

โMy first time coming to Egypt after many years of wanting to come and I finally booked and came, found coral sea aqua club and when I booked it I made a mistake of only booking a 5* hotel however after staying here for a week I have found out it is a 4* hotel, if 6* existed I would rate it 6*!!!! And amazing hotel with absolutely love friendly staff, Iโve had such a wonderful the food is amazing, the entertainment is brilliant, the rooms are clean and hygienic.
I couldnโt ask for a better hotel...
