The pools were fantastic. clean, staffed with lifeguards, and family friendly. We enjoyed the food and activities and highly recommend the spa and salon! Everything was wonderful!"

"Staff are lovely and helpful. Alcohol is pretty watered down but you can buy alcohol from the lobby if you want better option, or you can go to the shopping plaza across the street to buy it as well. Food is good, selection is limited but it is good. Lots of kids but not overwhelming. Room was clean. Wifi across the resort but sometimes it is slow. Bought an eSIM and it kicked in whenever there was a struggle with wifi being slow. "

"We asked to be as close as possible to the reception and got a room that was at the very end of the resort, which required at least 15 minute walk every time we wanted to dine or use the amenities. The toilet was leaking, and a strong sewage smell was in the room. We had to go to the reception 3 times because our keys got deactivated over and over again. Talking with the manager brought no results at all besides saying sorry. It was overall very disappointing. "

"The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again! "

"The food was terrible, doesn't meet the minimal exception, If you order a taxi to the hotel the hotel will not allow it to inter to the reception area and in instead they will charge us for using there golf car to get to the taxi. Not satisfied with my stay, definitely not booking for next time in the same hotel."
