“This is a beautiful property with magnificent public rooms that can be used. Breakfast was wonderful and the hotel recommendation for a place for dinner just down the road was great. There is even an ice machine for guests to use, which is a big plus. My room was so small, however - that the only place to put my suitcase was on the floor, blocking either the bathroom door or the room door. I had to move my large suitcase around on the floor.”

“Wonderful, friendly welcome and very well trained staff - just the right balance of attention and interaction. Very comfortable with quality surrounding us. Food excellent with a detailed explanation of dishes & wines. Lovely views over the Loch and walks within the grounds. Expedia had failed to pass on our booking to the hotel so we were not expected but staff recognised it was Expedia's failure but even so were apologetic and upgraded our room !”

“The hotel is not large, and whilst our room was clean and well maintained, was on the small side. The owner, who manned the reception desk and the bar, was quite a congenial, chatty guy. “Loved the Inn!! The room smelled wonderful!! Which was a significant improvement from other properties! The twin beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and well decorated. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Also enjoyed a delicious dinner - make sure to book reservations for dinner in advance. Enjoyed hikes to the beach and to the nearby waterfall all easily accessed from the property. Will definitely visit again!!”
