"We would like to say a huge thank you to Matteo and team for well and truly exceeding all expectations for our stay. Their welcoming generosity and out of the box facilitation for our Wedding Day was truly appreciated, and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. The whole experience of staying at this beautiful hotel last year is the reason we came back again this year, and also booking their partnered restaurant (which is incredible by the way, also a thank you to Debora and team at Ristorante La Veranda Dei Pescatori) for our Wedding meal. From the staff, the location, to the ambiance are unmatched. The staff are exceeding helpful, the provide great recommendations for activities in the local area, the hotel is in a stunning location right on Lake Como, a beautiful and quiet spot to enjoy the scenery. ~we can safely say will be coming back year upon year"

"This is a very good choice for forte dei Marmi - an easy 15 minute walk along the promenade with very nice beach clubs opposite as well as a small but very well maintained pool and beautiful grounds and lounge areas inside and out All staff really welcoming and helpful with recommendations and all aspects of our stay - excellent service all round A high quality plentiful breakfast is offered with eggs and coffee made to order Room services and cleaning were spot on"

"Great place to stay very central close to everything including train I did not give it a five star because the rooms are not sound proof you could hear everything including conversations and noise coming from the street. It can be annoying if you are trying to get a good nights sleep. Otherwise the property is a good one."

"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely. We arrived pretty tired after a long drive and asked to use the spa and were told to go and seek out the spa and book it ourselves. I must admit, I didn't bother. Why they didn't get the spa to call our room or allow us to book at reception I guess we'll never know."

"Incredible location right on the lake. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful as two Americans that don’t speak much Italian. The pools are amazing, best pizza ever at the restaurant on the property. The breakfast was amazing with made to order omelettes! We did massages and Angela was incredible! Highly recommend!"
