"their breakfast is amazing as always the room is amazing size always clean. There was a few little spots that had some dirt on some of the handles as I always go through and clean the room because of My Son who has special needs and is immuno compromised, but overall, it was an amazing room and the hotel employees were great! And again, breakfast is the best of all hotels I’ve stayed at"

"The charge to my credit card was different than what was promised by Expedia due to a omp of the parking for the two days and I guess a deposit the hotel claimed but this was not clearly communicated by Expedia NOR at check in; the only reason I knew was that the printed expected bill at check in was $711 and the expedia reservation I had made was $540. Not clearly communicated and I am a teacher and thus budget traveler there for a volleyball tournament. It's difficult and embarassing to argue a bill at the front desk. I did go back and ask for clarification but at the end of my stay I never got a print out of the actual charges either, I am just waiting for my credit card bill. Bummer"

"The lady at the check in gave me a key that was not working and the room had a do not disturb sign hanging. She did not apologize for that mistake and just said ok I will assign another room for you. Did not acknowledge her mistake and I had to go back and forth and line up again because of that mistake. It was unpleasant. I was tired and hoping to already enter my room."

"First room had a broken smoke detector, ants around the windows, stains on the curtains. Were moved to another room. The entire place is run down. Paint chipping, stains, cracked plaster. The separate room in the suite had no air flow. The bathroom did not have a fan. Not a great place to stay."
