“We stayed at RIU Vallarta with a pretty big group and overall, we had a great time! The resort itself is beautiful, the pools were fun, the beach was right there, and there was always something going on. The staff were friendly and worked really hard, and with a group our size, we were still able to enjoy meals and hang out together without too much trouble. I would recommend RIU Vallarta if you're looking for a lively, fun all-inclusive and aren't expecting a super high-end luxury resort.”

“Todo excelente excepto por la comida, necesitan más variedad y alimentos para personas intolerantes a la lactosa ya que casi todo contiene leche …. Algunos alimentos salados y otros sin sabor… necesitan trabajar mucho en eso porque la alimentación es primordial en cualquier estancia vacacional … diría son basicas 4 cosas Limpieza Atención Costo BUENOS Y VARIADOS ALIMENTOS gracias”

“Property was old, shower pressure was absolutely horrible and worst of all, the A/C didn't work well and was very HOT in my room. I called to complain about he A/C several times, and they said they were going to send someone from maintenance, and they never did!! VERY FRUSTRATING”
