“Our room had what appeared to be construction dust as it was new construction. The front desk was rarely staffed. No hair dryer in room. No extra TP or towels, just one each. No tissue in room. Just seemed like a brand new really unorganized operation. Would not go back”

“This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. Aside from the bedding being clean and for the most part, comfortable, the rest of the room was terrible. Got the room specifically for the jetted tub, which aside from the drain not even holding water, there was also a small hole in the tub that caused the water to leak into the room and soak the carpet. The room also had a shower, in which the shower head would not lock into place and would spin around spraying water everywhere...

“The location was great for me. Central to east and west destinations during my stay. Plenty of parking. This is a new facility. It is well managed, staff is helpful, Laundry room is clean and machines are new. Breakfast is grab and go with no real place to sit down…but then again having a two burner stove, fridge, micro, and availability of kitchen items the grab and go snacks make a lot of sense. Very close to box stores to the East around Gilbert Rd, and since there is construction going...

“The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our five-night stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast options, which were fairly limited to bagels, bread, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, and a few small extras. Additionally, the breakfast area had very limited seating—only about four tables—making it difficult to find a place to sit. “Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

“I just wanted to give a suggestion about the breakfast. If you guys could have some fruit available. We were there because my son had a soccer showcase and i wanted to give him a fruit before he started playing instead of a solid food. But everything else was good.”

“I was pleasantly surprised how wonderful my stay was. From the greeting when I arrived to checkout all interactions with positive and friendly. The room and property was clean and maintained. I love that there was EV charging that was reasonably priced. The parking lot was well lit at night. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I will definitely stay again. I would love to see an offer for repeat stays if so, you would lock in my loyalty. ”
