"Our stay was very nice! All of the staff were VERY helpful and just AMAZING!! This was one of the biggest things we took away from our trip! Customer service is so important. The only negative thing is the hotel does need a little more of an upgrade. Obviously an older hotel resort. The food was mostly overpriced so we found ourselves eating outside of the resort most days. Overall we enjoyed ourselves, it was a comfortable stay but realized that the price didn’t meet all of our expectations."
