“The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. They checked you in by telling you to “fill out this paper”,...

“Loved this hotel, we got the executive suite for a night and it was wonderful. There was a fireworks display from downtown that we watched from the parking lot. Nice fitness facilities and enjoyed the pool too. Overall we would stay again. ”
