"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a decent spread. Evenings they had beer and nachos available, but the restaurant attached was delicious must try. Also they have a shuttle for cheap that runs to most sporting events so no need to worry about parking or traffic. Overall our room had a great view amenities were exactly what we needed and the location was convenient for access to the St. Louis experience. Will stay again."

"It was super crowded due to spring break, but I think the staff did their best to keep everything refreshed and clean Everyone was professional and kind. We loved the downtown location. "

"The property was clean and food was good, but the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 8am sharp asking if they could clean, they also had construction going on inside the building (loud, cutting and drilling in to metal.) would have been nice to know when we talked to the front desk before booking."

"Overall, this was a pleasant stay at the Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, though there was some used toilet paper left behind in the bathroom, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, the room met expectations. The front desk staff really stood out—everyone we interacted with was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression. Breakfast was another highlight: it was warm, fresh, and offered a good variety of options, making it a great start to the day. On the downside, the pool was freezing and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was unfortunately full of children under 18, making it difficult for adults to relax, which may be something management should address. With a few improvements around cleanliness and pool management, this could be an even better stay. Overall, a decent experience with friendly service and a solid breakfast."
