"The staff were exceptional, the facility was spotless, and the food we ordered was excellent. I don’t drink alcohol myself, but my daughter absolutely loved the rooftop pool bar and couldn’t stop talking about the experience.
As someone who works in the people business and places a high value on customer service, I can honestly say that I have never received better service at any hotel. The team consistently went above and beyond. During my stay, I experienced some health challenges, and the staff were incredibly accommodating. One employee even helped secure a stool to get in the car for me and assisted me in getting to one of my training sessions when walking became difficult. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression.
This was, without question, one of the best hospitality experiences I have ever had, and I cannot say enough positive things about the team.
If I had to offer one area for improvement, it would be the room service delivery fee. Paying a $7 delivery charge for an $8 coffee felt a bit excessive. However, if that’s the biggest complaint I can find, it speaks volumes about how outstanding the overall experience truly was."
