Top Long Beach Hotel Reviews

The Queen Mary

The Queen Mary

8/10 Good
"There was a concert in the adjacent parking lot the night I checked in, all things considered I think the staff did a good job of shuttling guests from the auxiliary parking lot that was a mile or so away (while it was pouring down raining). The following morning a fight broke out between some guests waiting in line for the shuttle (obviously hung over from the concert the night before). The Queen Mary staff immediately reacted and after the one guest continued to escalate the fight- the staff evicted and escorted them off the property. It was an adventure, 10/10 would do again."

"The hotel itself was great! The amenities were awesome, I enjoyed the pool and the M Club access was a great perk. I did not like that the staff did not charge my parking correctly when checking in. I had a hard time getting out of the parking lot upon check out."
