“The check in experience was appalling, despite reaching out to the property ahead of the 3pm time, check in information was given the information only at 5pm because they forgot to send me the link ahead for the cleaning fees. I am travelling with a toddler and luggages so we checked in at another hotel nearby. On top of that the adress of the flat was not the one I booked ..The property said they would get back to me the next day. Which they never did. Apart from that the flat was nice, clean....

Had difficulty lowering the temperature, the room is not fitted with air conditioning but at least you can open the window ajar to get a breath of fresh air. Huge bed. Very comfy! Staff in the restaurant were pleasant and welcoming; the reception staff were a bit off-hand but we stayed at a holiday weekend so I suppose their tempers were a little frayed.”

“Very nice property in an historic building. Definitely an old-school euro-style lodge...a little tired, but very clean and organized. Bathrooms are new and very nice. Showers are hot with good water pressure. Staff is very nice and accomodating. Parking is limited to only four free spaces however. Be warned that driving around Luxembourg is difficult...tight roads with heavy traffic, but there is easy access to the hotel. I would say that this hotel is a good option for families. ”

“We had a GREAT stay in this apartment. Our family of four had plenty of room. It was clean, and beds were comfortable. A bus stop is very close, though we usually just walked into the city; it's about a 10-15 minute walk to Gare Centrale. A grocery store is nearby, and an excellent Thai restaurant is across the street. We used the kitchen for simple breakfasts. We used the laundry, though the dryer gave us an error message (perhaps it was user error), so we dried our clothes on the towel...
