"I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars or rate this place twice. Villa Caemilla Beach Boutique Hotel is, without a doubt, the best hotel/resort in Boracay, and I cannot recommend it enough. This trip was especially meaningful because my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, and Villa Caemilla made it feel truly unforgettable from beginning to end. Even before arriving, their team was already incredibly attentive and proactive. They reached out to ask if I needed assistance arranging transportation from the airport, which made the entire trip smooth and stress-free from the very beginning (and I highly recommend taking advantage of that service). From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty. Every single person was warm, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help with absolutely anything. Their smiles, kindness, and professionalism made us feel truly cared for throughout our entire stay. The level of service, attentiveness, hospitality, cocktails, and food was simply outstanding and beyond anything we expected. What truly makes this place special is the people. Special thanks to Geline, Aaron, Driggs, Razel, Caloi, Mark, Paul, Samantha, Daniel and R for making our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond in every interaction and truly embodied what exceptional customer service should look like. Their level of customer obsession and genuine care is on another level. "Henan Palm Beach was everything as advertised. If you are flying into Caticlan I would strongly recommend purchasing the transfer directly from Henan as the airport is very small and it gets really hectic exiting. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 11 year old and we got picked up by a bus at airport taken to the boat transfer and transferred to another bus once you get to Boracay. We had no issues with the check in and the grounds were very clean. Staff was always very friendly and professional especially the staff at the morning buffet. We never had issues as security was very vigilant in keeping us safe from any outsiders entering the property. We really enjoyed the sky pool and Henan Palm Beach is located in Station 2 and imo they had the beach with minimal seaweed. It wasn't overly crowded compared to Station 3 properties closer to DMall. Everything is within walking distance as you can explore the many shops and amazing restaurants Boracay beach has to offer. I would definitely recommend doing the Island hopping as my boys swam in the underground coves and we cliff jumped and visited Puka Beach with a little bit of snorkeling. Remember to always negotiate as the first price is never the best price but this is their livelihood so be reasonable. Our private day boat cost us 4000 pesos for us 4 which did not include food or entry to the islands. You can also walk outside the resort if you need to do laundry which is a lot cheaper than doing with Henan. 5 star"

"The rooms are clean but really need if upgrading, there are broken fixtures that needed attention. Staff are helpful and friendly, It’s not beach view but walking distance. Breakfast is very limited, Inguess for the price it’s not too bad overall if you are on budget. I booked this hotel as it looks good on website."

"They lied to even as we were checking in. They claimed the rooms had a Terrace. There is one Terrace on the top floor which is shared by everyone else staying on the top floor, the beach view from the room is nonexistent. You open your curtains to see roof tops of buildings next to the hotel. If you are lucky you might be able to get a glimpse of the water between the roof tops. We had booked a premiere room and nothing inside was premiere. Rooms were small and furniture outdated and beat up. Beware the website paints a different picture of what you are really getting. I can’t believe their Starr rating. I am thinking it was fake reviews posted by the people who work there. They would not let us cancel any of the three nights we booked, fyi we had booked two rooms for three nights. So we didn’t check out and went up the way and booked at the Astoria two rooms for 3nights. We went back on the 3rd day to checkout. We didn’t want these crooks getting double booking for these crappy rooms. I can go on how bad this place is but it doesn’t deserve this much advertising talking about it. "

"This is a great value for Westerners. Breakfast is great. The rooms are really good. The facility is just beautiful. They didn’t have a hot tub like it said online, and the gym needs attention, some of the equipment is broken. It’s a really quiet place away from the busy beaches, but it’s just about a 200 250 peso ride to White Beach and D mall"

"If you want to be closer to the airport, then this is a so so inn for you, but be aware that staff are not so accommodating, no basic HRM training, room has webs on the corner, no blackout curtains, no proper insulations that is why the owner will call “noisy guest” when they talk in the room, loud music until 12AM when you decided to sleep early to catch up a flight. But if you want comfort, then this place is not for you. "
