“Excellent value with breakfast & car parking included in the room rate. Large ample sized car park. Room of a good size, well laid out with a very comfortable bed. Property in a good useful location, very close to Gillingham town centre and 10mins to Chatham. Regular bus services leave from right outside the hotel to Chatham and Gillingham town centre.”

“Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back.”

“Room was clean and tidy on check-in but because it was very hot the room had no AC but they supplied a fan that did nothing to keep it cool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The bar was well stocked and had all the drinks I needed. Breakfast was delicious and being a vegetarian the vegan full breakfast even included my favourite vegan black sausage. We had dinner in the restaurant which excellent and the waiting staff were attentive.”

“Very clean and cozy place but if you don’t have a car or a friend who could give you a ride it’s better to use a hotel in the central village. If you drive this is the hotel. Its swimming pool is very nice as well as its garden. ”

“location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...

“Just there as a stop over whilst we attended a wedding locally but, not at the hotel itself. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. We did bring our swimming gear but, didn't make it to the pool. We had received a message beforehand about times etc., but maybe something in the room would have helped us to organise ourselves. Breakfast nice, bar food good and staff really friendly. Corridor noise in the morning, I guess with people heading to the amenities, was a little loud. Generally quite...
