“Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...

“Otel cok guzel. Konumu harika. Bence tek sorun kahvalti biraz daha cesitlendirilebilir. Ayni sekilde aksam icin cocuk menusu. Ufak bir spor salonuda olsa sahane olurmus. Calisanlar cok guler yuzlu ve yardimci. ”

“El hotel increíble, todo está perfecto menos el desayuno. La verdad la comida muy pobre en cantidad y calidad, y el servicio del desayuno bastante deficiente. Era buffet pero tardaban hasta media hora en volver a poner comida. Creo que estaban superados en su capacidad. Y fue un contraste complicado de entender porque en general el servicio en todas las demás áreas era muy bueno. “A fabulous place. Great staff. Great location - just opposite ski lifts, easy to park right by the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and varied and although we didn't eat in the restaurant we had aperitifs by the fire and that was lovely too. A very good stay.”

“Sejour satisfaisant. Meme si le logement est vieillot le couchage est confortable. Il y a le strict minimum, un grille pain et une cafetiere. Il n y avait pas de chauffage collectif donc un radiateur m a ete amené dans l heure . Il est indiqué logement non fumeur mais je pense que certains locataires n ont pas tenu compte de la directive. Toutes mes affaires sentent! ”

“It is a decent size apt in close proximity to the center of Megeve (about 10 min walk) and the closest gondola. The building is quite old but the apartment is fine for a ski vacation. It's all IKEA furniture and it looks exactly like the pictures. I would not count the pull out sofa as it's quite small and uncomfortable. So it's really a fit for 2 people max.
