"The staff wasn't friendly. We only had sheets on our beds. We only got 2 bath towels for 2 people. No hand towels or washcloths. No bathmat. Cale wires were hanging loosely. There is a $10 mandatory housekeeping fee that ois written on the bottom of a form. Luckily we were there for only 1 night. Will not book here again!!!"

"There was no booking. Thank GOD I called ahead. Then I tried another hotel through your sister but called to be sure and was told they had someon arrive saying they had booked with you only to have no room. You need to clean up your act big time. Rating is zero. "

"When I checked in there was no one at the front desk and I hadn’t received my room number or code so I had to make a phone call to get it. I checked in later at night and left early in the morning and there were people hanging out in the parking lot smoking, walking dogs, etc. just didn’t feel safe. Also saw roaches in my kitchen "

"The room was big enough that my father's wheelchair could move around easily, despite not being an ADA room, the bed was comfortable, and the employee who checked us in was super helpful. One of the nicer Motel 6s I've been to. The next time I need lodgings in Phoenix, this will definitely be one of my top choices."

"Property rating is appropriate. The room smelled like cooking oil but it is to be expected for an extended stay hotel. Everything else was very clean."

The only thing they could do was to give me another room that I'm sure it would be the same thing, when I ask for a refund, they refuse."
