“Wonderful location in Santo Spirito, walking distance to many delicious restaurants & bars (and wine windows)! Lively streets at night and active mornings from businesses loading in nearby which can be heard from the room but this was worth it being close to all of the sights (10 Min to Boboli Gardens, 15 Min to Piazza della Signoria & Uffizi Gallery). If you are traveling by car, please note that the hotel is located within a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so you need to inform the hotel in advance about parking. “The staff were truly wonderful at Hotel Piazza Pitti Palace and Letizia made sure we were completely welcomed and comfortable immediately on arrival which was a lovely personal touch. The location of the hotel is terrific, we were able to see so much of what Florence had to offer for dining and site seeing and the suites were very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. 10/10 we will definitely be staying there again amazing birthday treat! ”

“We are a family of 4 who had the pleasure in staying at the Fornace Suites. The staff is very friendly. Although their lobby isn't 24 hour we were given numbers on how to reach staff if there were any issues or needed anything. We had one issue the first night but the host assisted us as soon as possible and all was fine. The room was absolutely exquisite and comfortable for a family of 4. Clean and amenities were great.
