"My hubby and I always celebrate our anniversary in Morro Bay. We like to choose different hotels each year. We've had great hotels and not so great hotels. I would put Avisa as one of the great hotels! The staff, Cameron and Heather, are so personable, kind, helpful, and funny. The room was clean and the balcony allowed us a perfect view of the rock. I definitely give this hotel and the staff an enthusiastic 5 stars!"

"Quiet spot, walking distance from EVERYTHING! Room is sparce and sort of generic/ cold feeling, but not uncomfortable. Bare laminate floors and cheap furniture. Parking lot is awful for anything but a small car."
