"An outstanding accommodation, staff service was excellent, the complex facilities were unmatched and food services were fresh and delicious. I highly recommended it if you are looking for a relaxing experience."
"A very basic hotel, although staff were helpful and polite. There were no dining opportunities and the rooms were small and rather depressing. However it was clean and convenient. The price was reasonable for what it offered."

SORANO Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The space, back ground music and it’s volume, tranquil, and peaceful."
"We stayed here after climbing Mt Fuji and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was nice. We were bummed out that the onsen is a public onsen and we ended up not using it because I was traveling with kids who were uncomfortable with it. Otherwise gorgeous hotel perched on a hill. "
"The breakfast included was pretty handy, specially if you are climbing Fuji san and have no time to waste in the morning. It was a japanese style, so no bread. The food was delicious. The room itself was small but very tidy and clean. Good range of personal care items available close to the front desk."
"We stayed at five different hotels in Japan and this was by far everyone's favorite. How can hit beat stunning views is Mt Fuji, the most magical onsen, and all the amenities you could ask for? The hotel had a free shuttle to get around and we had a great time at the Mt and the amusement park. We wish we could have stayed longer!!!"
"Great place to stay and very walkable to the station. Mega Don Quijote & Daiso is just across the street too. Lots of shopping areas to check out but we have no time to go look around. Just one con is how small the room is. We have a 1 year old baby with us. We're only travelking with 2 carry-on luggage, a travel stroller, plus some personal bags so, opening and fitting all stuff inside the room is so crowded. But overall, it was a good stay for a one night."
