"The location is excellent. The concierge which looked after us was outstanding. The noise outside our room till all hours was almost unbearable. Incessant honking and street noise. The carpet in our room had seen better days and the AC was barely working. The breakfast was good. Overall we were expecting a slightly more elevated experience for 4 star hotel."

"This hotel is an easy walk from the main train station, and is about 10 minutes' walk south of the main attractions of old town Bari. Instead of bottled water, they give you a portable bottle "gift" that you can fill with cold water at a dispenser on each floor.
