The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. "There’s an outdoor hot spring which is a plus. A metro station is about 3 minute walk from the hotel and you can get off at station #9. The room is small which is expected in Japan but the amenities outweigh everything. There’s AYCE ramen, ice cream, beer, liquor and other drinks every single night. It’s fun seeing a lot of people socializing in the dining area. Lots of choices for breakfast too. Their shampoo, body wash and conditioner are premium quality. I felt the difference in my hair after using the conditioner so I bought two bottles back. It’s a family hotel."

"We were impressed with our stay 2 years ago, so rebooked recently. This time, the facilities are starting to show some wear. Public places were okay, but rooms were a little lacking. We got slightly different rooms this time, and that might have been part of the issue (beds were basically futons on elevated platforms, so a little stiff). Some dampness felt in the room even though a humidifier was present - this is an island issue, but noticeable this time. Staff was friendly and helpful as last time. Food, not quite as good, and no longer worth what they charge for it. There are plenty of better options nearby, as well as many other nearby hotels' own offering of a buffet breakfast. Price is still good compared to other nearby hotels, but it has crept up as well."

"What a wonderful hotel and staff! Super helpful and the rooms were so nice and spacious! Even if we had 4 beds in our room. However when I booked through Expedia it says children 1-17, and I put 2 adults and 2 children but when we got to the hotel we had to pay for extra beds because they said we wouldn’t fit on the twin beds since the kids were older 12 and 14. Also when you book get the lounge access with the breakfast, it was super good and a big variety. The Orion beer on tap was so good and they even had refrigerated glasses in the lounge. They had a lot of different alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks but that beer after walking around all day, was just different. They had all the amenities you need and even had a Family Mart downstairs in the lobby area. It is close to the market and shopping but in the city. If you want more beach type area - you may want to look somewhere else, however for the price this place was amazing."
