"This location was quiet and convenient. However the breakfast was the worst compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Japan. The dining room definitely needs a makeover. The patched holes in the seats and the posters in frames too big made it look tinned down. The food was also not the best tasting. The fish seemed boiled instead of fried. Also, the step up to get into the bathroom in our room was quite high and dramatic. Not the best for those with mobility issues. The bathtub was also smaller than other places I have stayed. Would probably not choose to stay here again if there were other choices available close by. Lastly, the heating and cooling is controlled by the hotel so be aware of this."

"Booked this hotel last minute due to flight changes and had an extra day in Japan. The hotel comes with an airport shuttle which made travelling to the airport hassle free. It also comes w a shuttle that takes you to the Aeon Mall so you can do your last minute shopping as well. I did pay an extra 3000 yen to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected but that’s okay. My partner and I were able to rest after a long travel day."

"Economical hotel that is geared to the traveler who is weary after flying into Narita. The hotel is on both train lines (JR is better because there is a bakery and a 711 on the short walk from the station to the hotel). It is for the traveler that wants something clean and convenient that doesn't care about a mark on the wall or carpet that has been replaced in squares; it is well maintained and used building. The internet is easy and free. The water is hot enough (if you want) to burn the airplane off of you with a tub you can sit in if you want a bath. This isn't some luxury resort, but if you have been some places I've been, it's great."
