"The shuttle bus to hotel from airport… if you are not familiar at Narita airport.. it might be a little difficult. Bus station #25! The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was clean but it is a little older style. No USB plug in room. No microwave in the room. There is a convenience store at 1st floor and gift shop are nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent."
