"The hotel was very clean but a renovation is overdue. Some of the carpet tiles in the bedroom and passageways had lifted.
The rooms had all the facilities and amenities required and overall presented very good value for money. A special shoutout to Steven who was extremely helpful at reception. He also encouraged us to attend a local festival which was a great experience."
"The decoration style is very fashionable and simple. It is very good in terms of area and comfort. The shops and transportation around the hotel are also very convenient."
"Great location for a trip to Disney. The welcome lounge is a nice touch. I suggest for the hotel
to put up a sign on limiting hanging out in the lounge so other guest can have the opportunity to sit. Some of the guest are using it as a sleeping lounge."
"Second time in this hotel. It was just an overnight stay, but my sister & I really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, free shuttle to/from airport, Lawson inside the hotel, free made in Japan amenities, etc. The hotel was very busy when we arrive, but they still assist me really well."
"A perfectly serviceable hotel close and convenient for Narita airport, with an adequately frequent shuttle bus, but the food was aimed at the mass coach tour market."
