"Overall a clean and straightforward airport hotel. Beds are great and there are no sound issues considering the close proximity to the airport. We had a good sleep between flights. Staff knows basic english and was helpful. Price was also very affordable and the free airport bus to and from hotel was excellent. Our only complaint were the vending machines - none of them accept credit cards and they don't even accept new yen bills. Luckily there is a money exchange machine in the lobby, so ask the staff to point you in the right direction."

"Helpful Staff. Free good breakfast. Walkable to the Aeon Mall Narita & one of the Shrine. Good for exercise walk in the morning. The whirl pool is not working during my stay but still okay. Highly recommended."

"The staff was gracious, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. My only concern was that the sleeping mats on the floor were thin (by my standards, but obviously many people would disagree!) and I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping position."

"The hotel staff were outstanding and comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Close airport and shuttle into nearby Nartia for BBQ steak dinner. Overall a solid 4star hotel. Mystays is cheaper but food and pool with workout facilities is worth the extra cost at the Hilton Narita."

"The staff are very polite and helpful. The location has access to public transportation ,convenient stores and a walking distance to the Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. I highly recommend staying here, I had a wonderful time."
