"Very near the airport with free bus shuttle to and from Narita airport . Free bus shuttle to Aeon mall . Breakfast is awesome !"

"Easy hotel for a pre- or post-flight stay. Shuttle to and from airport helpful for flights and also to catch Keisei skyliner into Tokyo. West wing seemed much more updated compared to east wing. Despite being a bit dated, hotel is clean and fine for a short stay. Beds were quite soft, so this was our only major area for improvement. Also, just be aware there are no dining or shopping options nearby; thank goodness there is a 24h Family Mart inside the hotel - with our late 830pm flight arrival, we got to the hotel close to 930pm and had to grab family mart food downstairs for dinner. (There is an on-site restaurant but it was closed and anyway we found the restaurant prices and room service pricey). Overall, a fine hotel and good value for a one night stay near Narita."

"Staff was a bit unfriendly. Not very helpful I waited for someone to attend to me while I was standing at desk for 5-7 mns . Front desk staff didn't speak any English or well enough to communicate with me . However hotel was ok. Rooms were a bit outdated"

"The room and bed are really comfortable. The staff were most accommodating and friendly, and the location was close to the train station—about 5 minutes walk. I really liked that there is a 24 hr konbini store closeby to buy snacks and drinks. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay"
