Ned Brown Forest Preserve, Chicago hotel rooms at the Motel 6

"Good location, close to the airport and convention center, but very old, outdated, and in disrepair. Stained popcorn ceilings, dirty carpet, musty smell. Do not recommend. "

"Never got checked in they lost and never refunded our pre paid booking some two days fighting over the principal of the non stay be chase they never even checked us in. Worst costumer service not with the hassle for the small amount of value. You get what you pay for and we paid and still got nothing!"

"The hotel and room were very clean . The staff was exceptionally helpful, although breakfast was not included despite the hotel’s high rating. In my opinion, the hotel requires renovation."

"Everything was great including the breakfast and the free shuttle. Staff even gave us free bottled water when we checked in which was so wonderful since we flew in, didn't have a car and differences in local drinking water often upsets my digestion. Just what we needed after a long international flight."
