โCheck in staff was great. Their little snack store had everything from potato chips to frozen dinners which was much appreciated. The room was modern and clean and well appointed. But the thing that really said apart, oddly enough was the breakfast. Top quality, food, drinks, coffee. I just had a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but it was real Philadelphia cream cheese and there was lots of it and the bagel was very good. All the other food looked good as well. I actually looked for a Holiday...
โWe love coming to Heidiโs! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool is great, and the rooms are clean and cute. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, they really make you feel at home. Itโs a perfect little getaway spot and we will be back (again)! โ
โThis boutique-style hotel was everything we needed and more. We were only passing through, so we only got to stay one night. The Surfside was so cozy and charming. You walk out and boom, you are on the beach. The walkable restaurant choices have great food. The room was spacious, the bed was huge (and so so cozy!). I loved everything about it. I wish I could have stayed longer!โ
โAlthough I stayed for 1 night, I wish my stay was a little longer. This hotel exceeds my expectations. I had a wonderful time and stay. The spa was so beautiful and amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel. โ
โWe're repeat guests and my only complaint is about the laundry facilities. It requires $5 in quarters to wash and dry a load, so if you don't have cash, you have to walk down to the corner store, get cash from the ATM there, come back to the front desk and have them change it into quarters. Theres no way to have laundry fees billed to your room or use a credit card. Who actually carries cash these days, especially 20 large coins??
