"The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice that we had a bath as well as a shower, it was nice that you could borrow fluffy bathrobes, it was nice that there was a restaurant on site and it was close to other places to eat. It was very good value compared to the other places I looked at nearby"

"I could value hotel located in the heart of bath. It's right next to the college. An easy walking distance too main attractions. The complimentary morning breakfast was appreciated and the food quality was acceptable. Staff was friendly and the broom a good size. If I could suggest to the management that they consider deep cleaning or replacing the hall carpets as they show a good amount of wear and tear. Also think about getting new TVs as the current ones are not smart TVs and offer no streaming options."

"Clean room with quirky fittings Quite a tiny bathroom but adequate. All staff polite, friendly and helpful. A good choice at breakfast. The only thing we don't like is the loud music in the evenings or the choice of the quieter music at breakfast. We chose this place again as it is easy to get buses into the centre of the city and convenient for the M4."

"The 2010 golf course is a great design, a real challenge and was in amazing condition following the long hot summer. The room was well appointed with a comfy bed. The staff were all fantastic and oh so friendly and helpful starting with the doorman on arrival. Dinner in The Grill was good although it was disappointing how many restaurants were closed in September. Overall a great experience."
