“It was a new hotel so it was very clean. I was very satisfied with a kitchen in the room and laundry room. (but they provided only 3 towels.)”

“Location is the best merit of this place. And moreover other facilities like washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, Induction which are already setup in the private kitchen are another points that makes me feeling like staying at home totally different experience from other hotel rooms. Highly recommend.”

“Fuse blew twice in one day. Second time it happened was late at night so had to wait till morning to get it fixed. Fridge switched off during that time so food/drink ended up going to waste. Towel heater in the bathroom wasn’t working, reported twice but didn’t get fixed. Bit of a disappointment overall.”

“Great location~right next to South Kensington station. And there are lots of shops around hotel. I really enjoyed staying for two nights.Highly recommend!! ”

“We stayed here for a week with our family, and it was truly a satisfying experience. The location was very convenient, making it easy to get around, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were always friendly. Since it’s an apartment-style accommodation, it was well-equipped with all the facilities we needed, making it perfect for a family trip. The surroundings were quiet, allowing us to relax and unwind completely.”

“I used other accommodations in London. This apartment was the best:) the location, facilities, staffs etc. all of them was brilliant!!”

“The room was really clean, and the location felt safe, which was great. The room was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, which was a little disappointing, but I think it’d be perfect for one or two people staying there!!”
