"The room and property were both run down, not well maintained, and dirty. Our room door had a crack in it and didn't fit in the frame. Toilet seat was loose and kept shifting any time we sat on it. Pool was gross, kids were running around throwing coloring pages in it from the pool area and the top floor along with other trash. The lot was frequented by non guests and there were a couple of broken down cars occupying spots. Random people hanging out in their cars for several hours. Didn't feel safe. Staff was amazing though. Honestly, it's why I stayed and didn't cancel my entire trip."
