"This hotel is in a super location and yes, they are very clear there is no air conditioning. The window opens enough to get fresh air. The room was very clean with a spacious closet and a full-size deep bathtub (shower above). And there are two specialty coffee machines so you can make your own mocha, cappuccino or just coffee in the morning. They seem to have fresh cookies almost all day which made it so nice to relax for a few moments before another round of meetings or sightseeing. Despite being on the cable car line, in the heart of the city, my room 504 was exceptionally quiet. Great find! I'd stay here again."

"Property exceeded My expectations especially at the price point. There were no amenities other than coffee in the lobby but I didn’t need any nor did I expect any. Wall were thin and I could hear my neighbors especially In the hallways but all in all, for the price, I will definitely stay there again."

"Un hotel muy céntrico, cerca de muchos lugares que se puede ir caminando, zona tranquila y segura, el personal muy amable, súper atento, las habitaciones muy limpias, con camas y almohadas muy cómodas , el desayuno delicioso muy variado y completo. El transporte público pasa justo al frente y puedes tomar la ruta 28 , por 2.50 dólares te lleva al Golden Gate. Muy conveniente."
