"The staff at this Best Western are amazing! From the people at the front desk to the cleaning staff they are all amazing and try to make your stay comfortable. Just this morning we’re speaking with the wonderful woman who does the breakfast. She never stops!!! Always making sure that the hot food is filled, the milk and yogurt is available and the tables are cleaned for the next guest. This Best Western is hotel when we are staying in the area. Thank you all for your attention to detail."

"Disappointed in our stay. Hotel room was a little underwhelming and run-down. We stay at these hotels for their amenities and they simply weren’t good enough this time. Granted, they were very busy but the waits at breakfast were too long and they ran out of several items. Then, the pool was randomly closed down. Our kids were disappointed to say the least. The hotel seemed under-staffed and there was food and garbage on the grounds of the hallways and elevators."

"The Sonesta was a pretty good stay. We only stayed for one night. It was a few things that could be improved. They need to make sure enough towels are in the amenties. It was only one wash cloth in each bathroom and only one towel in one of the bathrooms. Also, the kitchen did not have any silverware, pans for cooking, or dinnerware. This would have been a problem if we were staying more days. I think if someone would inspect the rooms after them being cleaned would lower the complaint or reviews that not showing the property in a good light."

"First the room has bathroom not clean & toilet not working. Smell from the room. We request to change the room. They said coffee in room compliments. When I reach the room there was no water or coffee cups. I ask the front desk and person said I am not a coffee lover. If you want water you can buy from front desk $2 per bottle and also cup $2. I said coffee is cheaper than $4 outside. Overall not good experience. Even breakfast you can have only few things. Not a good breakfast eathier."

"I've been staying here for a week at a time for several years, and the property is slowly deteriorating each time. For example, it has been YEARS since more than one elevator has worked, and last month they were ALL broken. The back key card entry hasn't worked in over a year. It is really unacceptable, esp. L for a large corporate national company. Fix yourselves, Cleveland!"
