"Excellent location and a great stay overall. The hotel has a shared bath (sento) for guests, which was a wonderful bonus. There is also a convenience store inside the hotel, making it very convenient. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The food was decent, although not particularly outstanding. However, the excellent location and facilities more than made up for it. I would happily stay here again."

"Fantastic location in Namba, with direct access via the basement to the metro. There's also a konbini onsite, super convenient. During our stay there, they were repairing the wifi which caused the signal to be wonky and unstable. the staff apologized but didn't give any resolution or compensation, which is quite a surprise. Think most travellers would agree that wifi is considered a bare minimum in this day and age, and staying in a premium hotel should ensure that this need is met. Overall it was an enjoyable stay but hopefully they can sort out the wifi soon for tourists."

"This hotel blew me away and exceeded all my expectations by far! Very clean, very good breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, very central and close to the metro, Dotonbori, restaurants, etc. I continue to rave about the EXTREMELY comfortable pillows— literally the best hotel pillows I have ever experienced. We loved it all so much we extended an extra night. Thanks so much Citadines! Can’t wait to come back here one day."

"This is one of the best hotel we've experienced, throughout the check-in process the staff at the reception is warm and helpful, the whole process is simple and quick. The room is spacious and clean, noise isolation is excellent. We need a transportation service to the nearby station after check-out, the staffs, again is very helpful. We will definitely stay at Centara again next time when visiting Osaka."

"Although small, the room was nice and had all amenities needed. The mattress was a little hard and the pillow was super uncomfortable (it felt like a bean bag). The washing machine is free (with detergent) but the dryer cost 100 yen per 30 mins. I i risky put my clothes in for 60 minutes but they came out very wet. One of the staff was nice enough o give me 300 yen to put them in for 90 more minutes. Overall, I put my clothes in for 150 minute and they were still not dry. I recommend using a coin laundry dryer instead. The staff were super nice and the location was very convenient. However, the drinks station (including water) was only open from 3pm to 10pm. We would get thirsty and have no way to refill our water bottles. Overall, it’s a nice accommodation given the location and price. "

"The property is clean and spacious. There is a huge outdoor sitting area, good for families with kids. At night, there are food stalls making small snacks that you can purchase. It doesn't have spring water onsen, just a public bath (like a big hot tub) with men and women baths separated. Amenities are good. Except, it will be nice if the public bath shower area can have separators in between stalls so that water will not be splashed on other people. Room is spacious. Mattresses are quite hard, especially I had a triple room. The sofa bed mattress is hard on shoulders. Would be nice if the property can provide a thin memory foam mattress to put on top of the sofa bed. The room needs more lightings. It is about 7 min walk from Shin-Imamiya station. If taking Shinkansen to Osaka, you will need to change to Osaka station and then take the Osaka loop line to Shin-Imamiya. The property is also close to Osaka's subway line Sakaisuji Lines - Dobutsuen-mae Station. It is a family-oriented hotel with spacious rooms. Since there are transfers and walking, pack light so that it's easier to get in and out of the train/subway."
