"This is my second stay at Swissotel Nankai Osaka. The location is excellent. You can take the Nankai Rapit train directly, and Dotonbori is within walking distance. There are many shopping malls nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel staff were considerate and handled guests’ requests well. Because of the great location, I would like to stay here again. However, one downside is that the breakfast quality seems lower than when I first visited a few years ago. I think the breakfast needs improvement. For drinking water, the hotel uses reusable bottles for environmental reasons, but bottled water might be better for hygiene. The room view is very nice. The room was clean, and the bathroom was comfortable with the bathtub and sink separated. If I visit Osaka again, this is a hotel I would like to stay at."
