"Great room size compared to other hotels we have stayed at. I could open all 4 large pieces of luggage at once. Rooms are cleaned every day and the staff are friendly. The air conditioning works well; however, if you are out all day and take your card with you (unplugging it from the wall), the room will feel warm when you return, and it takes some time for the AC to kick in.
A few things the hotel can improve:Washer and Dryer Maintenance: Clean the washer and dryer more frequently. I used them a few times and found them very dusty. For the dryer, lint was flying everywhere when I opened it, so it doesn't seem like the lint traps are being cleaned well.
Lounge Amenities: Offer some alternative refreshments in the lounge area and on the 6th floor for kids or those who do not drink coffee or tea. I noticed a lot of other hotels in Japan offer this, and it would be a great addition considering Citadines is a family-oriented hotel.
Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is very close to our list of attractions."
