"Very nice, clean. Staff members spoke English very well and were very courteous and provided all that was asked for. They even helped us ship our luggage to next hotel. It is connected to the Namba station, although at the very end of the west side by the JR Namba, so it was quite a walk from where the train from Kansai dropped us off. There is a full size grocery and department store right next door. Rooms were on the small side, so dealing with luggage was an adventure. No laundromat on site, but a short walk to one close by. Great view of the city. If I were to stay in OSAKA again, I would probably choose to be on the east side of Namba station, just to be closer to DOTOMBORI."
