"What a beautiful well maintained hotel. Everything deserves 5+ stars. The food was quality and variety. The staff amazing. The amenities excellent. Right next to Namba train station and OCAT too. Theres a mall next to it and 10mins away walking from Dotonbori. Very very convinient. Amazing stay for me and my family with little children."

"Superb location! The location alone made this hotel well worth it. Staff was helpful and appreciated being able to have a late check-out. The room was basic yet clean. Loved the amenities and enjoyed the breakfast selection. Pleasantly surprised to see they served tempura and we repeatedly had the freshly made bread and hokkaido butter. Definitely staying here again if we return!"

"Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Osaka — Would Absolutely Return We had an excellent stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. The location is hard to beat—right in Shinsaibashi, with shopping, restaurants and so much of Osaka within easy reach. Having direct access to the subway made getting around incredibly convenient as well. Our room was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for our family, and after long days exploring Osaka, it was genuinely nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable hotel. The staff were consistently professional, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. What really stood out was how effortless the hotel made our visit. We could step outside and immediately be in the middle of everything, yet once we were back in the hotel, it felt calm and relaxing. This was not our first time staying in this area, and Hotel Nikko Osaka reminded us why we enjoy it so much. Great location, excellent service, comfortable accommodations and a true Osaka experience right outside the door. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Nikko Osaka to anyone visiting the city."

"Breakfast is only included for one person when booking not for an extras person. The food is alright . If you have picky eaters ( kids ). I’ll recommend you , just to go buy food outside or buy a one day breakfast to give it a try , instead of paying for your whole duration in advance."

"The hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed despite that I have visited many hotels all over the world. I will surely stay there again if I travel to Osaka again. The staff are very courteous and respective (not unexpected from Japanese culture), they are very helpful and professional. The cleanliness of the hotel and facilities is unrivalled. The location is perfect for me and the family because it is devoid of hustle and bustle of city centre life but not far by train to any location in Osaka because a train station is just about 3 minutes walk across the road from the hotel. It has water view if you want that serene view in the day or evening or while eating at the dinner restaurant. It is also a stone throw from some of the key tourist locations such as ferries wheel, Osaka aquarium, Universal studio city etc. A free ferry will take you on a 3-minute journey from the hotel area to the ferries and Osaka aquarium and others. You can also walk to the Osaka Universal studio city from the hotel. Overall, I recommend the hotel because you will get value for your money."
