"I highly recommend staying in this hotel due to its excellent location. Shinsaibashi station is right by hotel offering easy access to the rest of Osaka. Ideal location if you enjoy shopping as two big department stores: Parco and Daimaru just across the road and many more designer stores close by. Just around the corner is America-mura for a more hip and budget friendly stroll.
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful offering great hospitality. I would have scored it 5 stars but just a couple of minor things let it down and it’s just to my personal tastes: there was only 1 charging port in the room, so I couldn’t charge two devices at the same time. And the other thing was the TV channels with no English speaking channels. Even the BBC was in Japanese. After a long day walking about in the evening it’s just nice to chill with a bit of television to watch.
Very minor issues so please don’t let this put you off. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again."
