“Internet was good, lived the smart tv access, aircon didn't work but wasn't a major issue, there is a huge shell petrol station that has a waitrose inside, also a subway and a coffee shop on the same complex, overall hotel is decent and fit for purpose it's modern and clean, if you want luxury go else where, if you just want a cheap clean no frill stay this is the place I'd give it a solid 7.5 out of 10. ”

“Room was nice. Comfy bed, nice shower. Wifi was a bit sketchy if we had more than one device on the go. ”

“The EV charger in the car park didn’t work properly, and the ones at McDonalds next door were blocked with cones. (We’ve been here before and the chargers are usually okay). ”

“Everything was great with our accommodation. Breakfast was well presented & cooked well. It would have been good if low fat yogurt was available.”

“There is a large car park but it can get busy at peak times. Register your car at the bar. Our fourth visit in the last year. We like it. Staff, food, atmosphere and location. There are a few maintenance issues that could be addressed, e.g. dripping taps, shower door off runners and touch up of decor in places. We expect to return.”

“This Hotel looks amazing on first look then when you look close you can see all the refurbishment it needs. Worn wallpaper, worn chairs, dated furniture. Our room we found dark curly hairs in the bath and side, housekeeping came in to sort but still left some hairs on the side, reception staff were extremely helpful. Pool and hot tub was great but again cleanliness in the changing room toilets left alot to be desired, hairs everywhere and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and we were in there...

“My room was nice but smelt heavily of chips due to being above kitchen extraction. Dinner was lovely and priced well. Nice welcome too”
